Shopping List:

1 Whole Chicken 2 to 3 pounds
2 10 oz of Green Beans
2 1/2 cooked shrimp
4 to 6 large potatoes
1 container of mushrooms
2 to 4 pounds of pork chops
Arborio  Rice ( this can be found at specialty stores and  Fresh And Easy stores
1 container of minced garlic (3 to 5 ounces)
1 can tomato paste
1 can diced tomatoes
1 pkg of your favorite noodles
2 pkgs of frozen broccoli (not cuts)
butter or margarine
dried oregano
salt & pepper
chili powder
Milk
Ranch dressings
olive oil
Bread
1 pound of shredded cheese (your choice cheese)
dry white wine
Chicken broth
red pepper flakes
hot sauce
1 onion
1 bunch of parsley
apple cider vinegar

Simply Yummy Chicken with garlic green beans

Wash whole chicken with warm water. Place 1 cup of apple cider vinegar in pan you will be baking chicken in. Place chicken in pan. Pour 1/4 cup of vinegar over chicken. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place 1 table spoon oregano over chicken. Rub all over chicken. Wear gloves if needed. Do the same with 1 table spoon black pepper, 2 table spoons chili powder and 2 table spoons minced garlic. Let set for 30 minutes. Before cooking pour 1/4 cup of olive oil into pan. Cook for up to 2 hours, chicken should still be moist. Cook green beans 15 to 30 minutes before chicken is finished cooking. Over medium high heat, melt 4 table spoons of butter. Once butter is melted completely place 2 table spoons of garlic. Let garlic get hot and almost toast stirring often. Add both cans of green beans. Cook until green beans are nice and buttery. Store half of green beans for next meal. Enjoy.

Cajun Shrimp with mashed potatoes and garlic green beans

Wash potatoes while boiling water in big pan. Season water with 1 teaspoon salt. Cut potatoes into cubes for faster cooking. Peel potatoes if desired. Cook potatoes until soft and able to be mashed. Drain water and mash potatoes in large serving bowl, add 1 cup milk, 1/2 cup butter 2 tablespoons garlic 1 tablespoon black pepper, 1/4 cup ranch. Stir until well combined add more milk if needed for smoother potatoes. Set aside. Over medium heat, place 3 table spoons olive oil. While oil heats wash cooked shrimp. Place cooked shrimp into hot pan. Add 1 table spoon red pepper flakes and 1 teaspoon salt. Stir until shrimp is coated nicely. Turn heat down to low. Add 1 teaspoon hot sauce and 1 teaspoon chili powder . Turn off heat and stir until well combined. Divide shrimp in half for next meal. Heat up left over green beans in microwave. Serve meal and enjoy!

Mushroom Risotto with Cajun Shrimp and Broccoli

On low heat place broccoli and 1 tablespoon butter with water. Allow to boil. If desired you could steam the broccoli. Place chicken broth in soup pan. Place over low heat. Add 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes.  Chop up1/2 of the onion. Save the other half. Now in another soup like pan melt 2 table spoons butter, next add 1 tablespoon garlic and chopped onion and ½ a container of  mushrooms. Cook until onions are almost clear depending on type of onion. Add 1 ½ cup of arborio rice to pan. Stir to coat rice with butter. Rice should toast lightly but not burn. Now add 1 cup of the wine. Stir 5 times then let wine sit for the count of 10. Stir again. Wine should be gone from pan. With soap spoon place 2 spoon fulls of broth into rice. Stir 5 times then wait for broth to disappear. Do this until all of broth is gone. DO NOT ADD BROTH ALL AT ONCE! Remove from heat. Add 1 tablespoon pepper and 1 ½ cup of shredded cheese. Stir until cheese is nicely melted. Reheat Cajun shrimp and remove broccoli from stove. Store half of broccoli.  Serve and enjoy!

Pork Chops, garlic bread and broccoli

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In cake baking pan place ¼ cup olive oil and 1 tablespoon salt. Wash pork chops. Place pork chops in pan coat the flip over for other side to get oil and salt. Now add 2 tablespoons chili powder. Coat evenly on only top side. In small bowl melt 1 tablespoon butter. Add to bowl ½ chopped onion and ½ container of mushrooms. Add salt and pepper to taste, stir until well combined. Add ¼ cup of water to bowl. Pour over pork chops. Cover baking pan with foil. Cook pork chops for 1 hour to 1 ½ hours. When pork chops are almost done, in small bowl combine 6 tablespoons butter with 2 tablespoons garlic, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes 1 teaspoon oregano. Mix until well combined. Spread mixture over 8 to 10 slices of bread. Place in over while pork chops are cooking. Allow to cook for up to 10 minutes until bread is nice and toasted. Place half of garlic bread in fridge for the next meal. Heat up broccoli when pork chops are finished cooking. Serve and enjoy

Bacon and Tomato pasta with garlic bread

Boil pasta with salt and ½ tablespoon olive oil. Cook bacon how you like you. In same pan add tomato paste, diced tomatoes and ¼ cup water. Add salt and pepper and stir nicely. Add ¼ cup chopped parsley and 1 tablespoon chili powder and 2 tablespoons oregano. Stir again. Now add 1 teaspoon garlic. Cook sauce for up to 10 minutes. Sauce should start to bubble. Place garlic bread in oven to reheat. Drain pasta and place in sauce. Stir until well combined. Remove garlic bread from oven and serve along side pasta. Serve and enjoy!

- Olive oil and Basil Chicken-

8 to 10 boneless skinless chicken breast 2 cups olive oil 1 Tbsp black pepper 1/2 Tbsp salt 2 lbs chopped/diced fresh basil.

Prep meat by pounding the meat thin and washing. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix items in bowl without chicken. Place chicken in foil lined baking pan. Pour mixture over chicken. Cook chicken for 40 to 60 minutes.  Cut up half of chicken and place for next days dish.

-Garlic Mashed Potatoes-

6 lbs peeled cooked potatoes  2 Tbsp salt ½cup butter ½  cup ranch dressing ¼ cup milk 4 Tbsp black pepper 2 ½ Tbsp minced garlic 1 Tbsp cayenne ½ Tbsp Italian seasoning

In large bowl mash potatoes. Use electric mixer for even smoother potatoes if desired. Add all ingredients one by one stirring each one completely. Add more milk if mashed potatoes are too stiff. Save half of mashed potatoes for the next dish.

-Garlic green beans-

2 cans of green beans . 2 tablespoons garlic 2 ½ tablespoons butter.

Melt butter on stove over medium high heat.  Add garlic and allow to cook likely. Drain green beans and add to pan. Season with salt and pepper. Stir until beans are evenly coated with butter.  Save half of green beans for the next days dish.

Peppered Fish with garlic mashed potatoes and green beans

-Peppered Baked Fish-

4 to 6 lbs of fresh fish  2cups milk 4 cups water 1 cup cranberry juice 4 Tbsp salt 4 Tbsp black pepper 4 Tbsp Cayenne  4 Tbsp red pepper flakes ¼cup olive oil ¼ cup soy sauce 1/8 cup teriake  3 Tbsp minced garlic 3 Tbsp sugar 5 Tbsp Italian seasoning

Wash fish and place in large pan or foil pan. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place all ingredients but fish in bowl mix well. Add fish to pan and pour liquid over fish. Cook until fish is cooked normally 20to 40 minutes depending on type of fish used. Warm up potatoes and green beans to serve along side.

-Spiced Orange Chicken Salad-

1/2lb cooked olive oil and basil chicken chopped/shredded 2 tomatoes chopped 1 lb to 2 lbs roman lettuce 1 6 oz can mandarin oranges 3 ½ Tbsp shredded carrots 1Tbsp lemon juice 1 Tbsp cayenne pepper 1 Tbsp red pepper flakes 2 tsp salt 1/2Tbsp black pepper 3 Tbsp grated cheese 3 Tbsp light Italian dressing 1 cup or 12 oz of orange chicken sauce

In large serving bowl combine all ingredients. Mix well. Top with extra cheese for garnish. Let chill for at least 1 hour before serving.

-Cajun Steaks with Tomato soup-

4 to 8 steaks ½ cup melted butter 1 Tbsp minced garlic 1 tsp seasoning salt 1 tsp black pepper 1 Tbsp cayenne pepper 1 tsp paprika oil 2 cans tomato soup 1 can diced tomatoes 1 Tbsp diced basil  2 Tbsp diced jalapeños

Clean steaks and preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine garlic, butter,salt,peppers and paprika in small bowl. Place steaks in pan coated with oil. Add steaks to pan using cooking brush coat first side with butter mixture. Cook steaks for 45 minutes then turn over to coat other side with butter mixture.  Cook for another 45 minutes to 1 hours.

Add soup cans and diced tomatoes to soup pan. Wait for soup to heat up nicely then add basil and jalapeños. Taste and add salt if needed.

Garlic Pork Roast with Sweet Yams

Take a 4 to 6 lb pork roast and with large knife make at least 10 deep cuts into the meat. Now cut your 4 cloves of  garlic into cubes big enough to fit inside each cut. You can deepen the cuts if needed. Place garlic pieces inside pork. (If you aren’t a huge fan of garlic. Fill only 5 cuts with garlic and the other 5 with a slice of onion.)  In large roasting pan lined with foil, place 1 to 3 Tbsp oil. Turn oven to 350 degrees. Place pan inside while oven gets hot. Take pork and add 4 Tbsp salt, 5 Tbsp black pepper and 4 Tbsp chili powder. Spread over pork evenly. ( Don’t forget the bottom) When oven is hot remove roasting pan. Pan should be somewhat hot. Place pork inside pan. Cover pork with foil, put inside oven for 2 hours , remove foil and cook for at least 1 more hour depending on size of pork you may need to cook for 2 more hours.  Once pork is completely cooked turn off oven but do not remove pork. (The heat will allow the juices to move back into the meat faster) In small pan cook canned yams. Place in pan 2 Tbsp melted butter, 1 tsp sugar and ½ tsp cinnamon. Stir well . Let cook for up to 13 minutes.  Once pork is completely cooled cut off 4 to 5 pieces for the next days dinner. Server pork,yams with green salad. Enjoy!

BBQ Pork Tacos with Mexican Rice

Add  2 cups of rice to 1½ cups of water and 1 cup tomato juice. Season with salt and bring to boil.  Now while rice cooks, shred pork and place in large making bowl. Add 1//4 up BBQ sauce 1 Tbsp chili powder, 1/2  mini can of jalapeños, 1 tsp minced garlic. Mix well.  Place in microwave or heat on stove  until steaming hot. Set aside and now chop, 1 small onion, 1 tomato, and shred some lettuce. Set toppings aside. Shred cheese if desired. Once rice brings to boil, add 1tsp garlic powder and add rest of jalapeños, stir and let rice cook completely drain out any extra liquids if there are any. Grab taco shells and fill with pork and toppings. Serve while rice is hot.

Pasta With veggie Meatballs

( A lot of time with pasta , people don’t eat a veggie along side. These meatballs have veggies inside them! Yum yum )

Cook pasta in big pan season with salt.  In large bowl combine 2 lbs of ground beef, 1 can of carrots, 1 can of corn, 1 diced onion, 2 cloves of garlic minced, 1 small can of sweet peas, 1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley. Mix well next add 2 tbsp seasoning salt, 1 tbsp black pepper 1 tbsp crushed red peppers, 1 tbsp ground oregano. Once all seasonings are mixed in make into meat balls. You should be able to make at least 20 small meatballs. ( small meatballs are easier to eat and cook faster)  Preheat oven to 400 degrees, place meatballs ½ inch apart on foiled baking sheets. Cook for 30 to 45 minutes. While meat balls cook. Add 2 cans of tomato sauce and 1 can diced tomatoes to sauce pan. Wait for sauce to get warm before adding 3 Tbsp Italian seasonings, 2 tbsp chili powder, 2 tbsp garlic salt. Allow sauce to simmer until meatballs are done cooking. Drain pasta and place into serving bowls. Set aside 10 meatballs for next days meals. Add rest of meatballs to sauce pan, cook sauce for another 5 minutes. Stir so meatballs get coated with sauce. Spoon over pasta and eat warm.

Spicy Veggie Meatball Sandwiches

Spread bread with butter and place in oven to toast until somewhat soft. Warm up meatballs in microwave for 3 to 5 minutes. In small bowl add 1 can of a tomato paste, ¼ cup water and 2 tbsp hot sauce, 2 tbsp Italian seasonings, and ½ tsp garlic salt, mix well if sauce is too thick add more water slowly. Sauce should be somewhat thick but still able to be stirred easily. Place meat balls into sauce and stir. Remove bread from oven, add meatball sauce to bread, top with shredded cheese if desire. Serve with salad or with favorite veggies.

Hamburger Casserole

Preheat oven to 350 degrees In large skillet brown 1 lb of ground beef with ½ diced onion and 1 tbsp minced garlic. Stir well then season with 1tsp seasoning salt and 1 tsp black pepper. Now slice 5 medium potatoes into thin slices. Layer half of slices on the bottom of a butter casserole dish. In bowl combine ground beef with canned tomato soup, and 1tbsp steak sauce and 1 can chopped carrots. Layer on top of potatoes. Top meat mixture with rest of slices. Place in oven until potatoes brown nicely. Serve warm along side a salad if desired.

Spanish Ribs with Tomato rice dish

Wash 4 to 8 lbs of short ribs. Once washed cut into pieces of 3 ribs each.  In very large pan  ( You can also use two pans to make a spicy and non spicy version) bring water to boil, add salt to taste.  Once ribs have cooked for 30 minutes add 3 cloves of garlic, 3 tbsp of red pepper flakes ( for spicy version also add 2 tbsp hot sauce). Stir and let cook until ribs are soft. Just before ribs are done.. Boil rice season with ½ tsp seasoning salt. Drain rice. Place ½ chopped onion in rice along with 1 can diced tomatoes and 2tbsp of minced fresh basil. Stir until well combined, add salt if needed.  Now prepare Spanish sauce. In bowl combine 2 cans of green enchilada sauce with ½ mini can of dice Chile peppers, 3tbsp chili powder and 1 tbsp garlic powder, 1tsp onion powder. Combine until well mixed. Add water if needed to extend sauce.  Place ribs in serving dish and pour sauce over, mix with tongs to have sauce completely cover each rib. Place BBQ sauce on the side for others.

BLT Salad

Preheat oven to 375 degrees On foil baking sheet cook 4 lbs of bacon for at least 20 minutes. Cook longer for crisper bacon.  ( using the oven saves time and allows bacon to cook just right and straight) Wash and chop two heads of lettuce the way you like it. Once bacon is completely cook. Remove 12 pieces and set aside for next days meal. Dice rest of bacon into bit size pieces. In small bowl combine ceaser dressing with 2 tbsp Italian seasoning, 1 tsp red pepper flake, ½ tsp onion powder. and 1tbsp chili powder. Dice 3 large tomatoes. Place lettuce and tomatoes in bowl and toss, next add bacon and toss. Finally add dressing and mix nicely. Add black pepper if desired but do not add salt.  Allow to chill for at least 1 hour before serving.

Bacon Noodle Bake

Bring water in large pan to boil add salt to taste and add your favorite pasta. While pasta cooks dice up remaining bacon and set aside.  Also chop ½ onion, 1 whole carrot, 1 red bell pepper. Set each aside. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Once pasta is finish cooking drain, Place pasta in large mix bowl. Combine with other ingredients. Add can of cream of mushroom soup, ½ tsp minced garlic, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp chili powder.  Next pour noodle mixture into baking dish lined with butter. Top noodles with 1 ½ cup of shredded cheese. Cook for 30 minutes or until cheese is completely melted.

Pizza Casserole

Preheat oven to directions on biscuits. Line baking pan with biscuits  evenly living no spaces and cook until completely done. While biscuits cook prepare tomato sauce. In small bowl combine 1 small can of tomato sauce with 1 can of tomato paste, with 2tbsp Italian seasoning, and 1tbsp onion powder mix well. Now chop 1 onion and add to bowl. Once biscuits are done, allow to cool for 10 minutes before lining with tomato sauce mixture. Top with cheese and then your favorite pizza toppings, this should include the pepperoni. Cook for another 20 minutes until cheese melts and biscuits crisp up.

Coconut Grilled Chicken with Broccoli

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In baking dish place 4 to 8 pieces of chicken. Pour over 3tbsp soy sauce and 4 tbsp olive oil. Top with 1 tbsp onion powder. Cook for at least 60 minutes. Now prepare coconut sauce. In soup pan add ½ can of coconut milk with 3tbsp flour. Whisk until milk thickens nicely add more flour if needed. Season with ½ tsp of salt. Once chicken is completely cooked remove from heat and pour over coconut milk place in oven again for another 10 minutes. Cook broccoli as desired. Serve with rice if wanted. Enjoy!

Southern Fried Catfish Nuggets with Sweet Potatoes

Wash 6lbs of catfish  nuggets well. In large bowl combine 1 cup Italian bread crumbs with ½ cup flour, 2 Tbsp garlic powder and 3 Tbsp chili powder mix well and set aside. Bring frying pan of oil to stove and allow to heat. While oil heats ,in smaller bowl combine 3 eggs with 2 tbsp of milk  or cream mix very well and season with 2 tbsp seasoning salt. . Coat nuggets in egg mixture then coat with bread crumb mixture. Place in hot oil and cook completely on each side it should take about 8 minutes per side depending on how deep your pan is. As fish cooks place 2 cans of sweet potatoes in pan along with 2 tbsp butter and ½ tsp cinnamon. Cook for about 15 minutes or until potatoes are soft. Drain nuggets once cooked on simple baking sheet lined with paper towels. Reserve 1 lb to 2 lbs of nuggets for next days meal. Serve right away along side a fresh green salad.

Yummy Fish Tacos with  Pasta Salad

In small bowl shred catfish nuggets with fork. Set aside. In another bowl combine 2 dices tomatoes, 1 chopped onion ½ package of cliento, 1 clove of garlic minced , 1 tsp red pepper flakes and ½ seasoning salt, set aside once well combined. Now bring water with salt to boil. Add your favorite paste and cook until completely cooked. Drain pasta. In small bowl combine 1 can of diced tomatoes with 1 can of whole olives, add salt and pepper to taste. Add olive mixture to pasta, then add ½ cup of zesty Italian  dressing allow to chill for at least 10 minutes. Warm up flour or corn tortillas, rub each with a thin layer of sour cream before adding fish and tomato salsa. Eat warm or cold. Serve with pasta salad and enjoy!

Asian Grilled Chicken with Veggie Stir-Fry

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In small bowl combine2 tbsp rice vinegar with ¼ cup soy sauce along with 1 cup water, whisk together then add 2 tbsp red pepper flakes. Wash chicken and cut into smaller more bite size pieces if needed place into baking pan and pour over liquid. Cook chicken for 60 minutes or until chicken is evenly cooked. Once chicken is cooked remove from oven to cool. In stir fry pan heat 1 tbsp olive oil. While oil heats cut up red and yellow bell peppers along with 1 clove of fresh garlic and 1 fresh jalapeño. Add items to oil along with 1 can of watercress, 1 package of sugar snap peas and 1 hand full of shredded carrots. Stir 3 times to get all items warm, next add 3 tbsp soy sauce, 1tsp garlic salt and 1 tsp black pepper, stir nicely. Next add ½ tsp hot curry powder. Allow items to cook until well done. Save half of stir fry for next days meal. Serve warm along side chicken and rice is desired. Enjoy!

Sweet Onion Steaks with Veggie Stir Fry

In large frying pan heat 3 tbsp oil. Dice 1 whole onion and place in hot oil. While onions cook wash 6 steaks. In small bowl combine 3 tbsp salt, 2 tbsp black pepper and ½ tsp sugar. Place bowl mixture over steaks evenly. Cook steaks along side onions the way you like it. Remove steaks once cooked and place into serving dish. In same frying pan add 3 tbsp of water and stir in all cooked parts of food add ½ tsp sugar.  Pour liquid mixture over steaks. Warm of veggie stir fry from last days meal and serve along side.  Mashed potatoes could also be added to this meal if desired.

Chili Pasta

Bring pan of water to boil season with garlic salt. Add noodles once water starts to boil. Now in large skillet brown 2 lbs of ground beef along side 1 tbsp seasoning salt and ½ diced onion. Once beef is completely done add 1 can of diced green chilies and 1 can of tomato paste. Stir until well combined. Then add 1 tsp chili powder and 2 tsp sugar. Once noodles are cooked drain and add to meat stir nicely. And allow to heat up for 5 minutes before moving to plates. Top with cheese if desired. Serve with salad or add fresh tomatoes.

Chimica’s Fried Rice Balls

In large bowl combine 2 cups uncooked instant rice with ½ dice onion, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 2 tbsp minced parsley, 1 tsp seasoning salt, 1 tbsp chili powder, ¼ cup Italian bread crumbs mix well then add ground Italian turkey and ½ a can of diced carrots. Form into 2 to 3 inch bowls Heat frying pan with ½ cup of oil. Place each bowl into oil and cook until turkey is completely cook normally 15 minutes.  In small bowl heat tomato sauce. Place rice balls on serving platter and pour tomato sauce over. Serve with salad.  ( Don’t want meat? Add flavored precooked tofu instead!)

Smothered Mushroom Chicken

Preheat oven to 400 degrees In large baking dish line with melted butter place 8 pieces of boneless skinless chicken. Top with 1 tsp salt and 2 tsp pepper evenly. Cook for 60 minutes. Once chicken is completely cook remove 4 pieces for next days meal. In large skillet pour in 1 can of cream of mushroom soup. Allow soup to get hot before adding 1 can of mushrooms, ½ diced onion, 1tbsp minced garlic, 1 tsp red pepper flakes. Mix all items together until hot. Place chicken into skillet. Coat each piece of chicken with soup.  Allow to sit for 5 minutes untouched before removing from heat and serving. Serve with salad or cooked sweet peas.

Asian Chicken Roll Ups

In large bowl combine 2 cups shredded lettuce, ½ cup diced red onion ,2 tomatoes diced 1 can of mandarin oranges, 1 cup fresh pramasan cheese, ½ cup zesty Italian dressing, 1 tsp cayenne  . Stir until well combines. Take chicken from night before and cut into bite size pieces stir into salad mixture, top with unsalted peanuts. Warm up 6 flour tortillas. Place 2 to 3 tbsp of salad mixture in each tortilla and roll up. Place on serving dish. Pour over 1/8 cup of zesty Italian dressing. Allow to chill for 30 minutes before serving.

Italian Turkey Sausage and Macaroni

Bring water to a boil season with salt and add macaroni.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees. On large baking sheet lined with foil place 8 Italian turkey sausage. Cook for 30 minutes. Once pasta is completely cooked drain water and place back into boiling pan. Add 1 stick of butter, 2 cups shredded cheese, 1 tsp garlic salt, 1 tbsp hot sauce, 1 can diced carrots, 1 diced red onion. Mix well and set aside. Remove sausage from oven and cut into bite size pieces . Place into macaroni and mix nicely. Pour dish into baking pan lined with butter and top with cheese cook for 15 to 20 minutes until cheese is nicely melted.

Spicy Spanish Steaks with Veggie Bean Mix

In soup pan place 1 large can of black beans , 1 can corn, 1 can sliced carrots, 1 can cut green beans, ½ diced onion, 2 tsp seasoning salt, 1tbsp garlic powder and 1 tsp red pepper flakes. Still veggie beans and cook for 20 to 30 minutes. Drain water and save half for next day meal. In large pan heat oil and then add ½ diced onions. While onions cook prep 6 steaks. In bowl combine 3tbsp seasoning salt, 3 tbsp red pepper flakes, 1 tsp black pepper, 3tbsp chopped fresh cliantro, 1 can green chili sauce  and ½ cup water whisk together. Place steaks into bowl and allow each to coat evenly. Place into pan and cook until desired way.  Set aside and serve warm aside veggie bean mix.

Raspberry Chicken

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In small bowl combine 1 cup raspberry vinaigrette with ½ cup of water. Whisk together and add 1tbsp red pepper flakes. In baking pan lined with foil place 10 pieces of boneless skinless chicken In small bowl combine 1 package of frozen raspberry with ½ sugar allow raspberry to defrost completely. Pour sauce over  chicken then  top with raspberries, cook for 60 minutes.   Serve with left over veggie bean mix.

Cheese and Garlic Chicken

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In small bowl combine 1 cup of soft butter, 2 tbsp minced garlic 2 cups shredded cheese, 1tbsp red pepper flakes. Take 4 pieces of chicken and pound to thinner pieces. Place cheese mixture inside chicken and roll up , tie with cooking thread.  Place chicken into foil lined paid with opening side down. In small bowl combine 1 cup heavy cream with 2 tbsp black pepper, 1 tsp sugar and ½ tsp chili powder. Whisk until smooth then add ½ cup of shredded white cheese. Pour over chicken . Cook chicken for 60 minutes. Serve with rice and salad.

Vegetable Pasta

Bring large pan of water to boil seasoned with salt and pepper. Add noodles. After noodles have been cooking for 5 minutes add frozen mixed veggie, 1 can of olives, 1 can of kidney beans, 1 clove of garlic, 2 tbsp red pepper flakes, 3 tbsp soy sauce.  In small bowl combine ½ cup heavy cream  with 2 tbsp flour, 1 tsp garlic salt , 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp rosemary , 2 tbsp fresh parsley, Whisk until well combine. Darin water from pasta and veggie mix and place back over low heat. Add cream mixture and stir until pasta has become thicker. Salt to taste is needed.  Serve right away

Spiced Pepper Chicken Breast with vegetable pasta

In large frying pan melt ½ stick of butter.  While butter melts, in small bowl combine 4tbsp black pepper with 4 tbsp red pepper flakes, 1 tbsp onion powder, 1 tsp chili powder and 1 tsp garlic salt. Coat chicken with seasonings and place into hot pan. Cook until all the way done. Serve right away with vegetable pasta.

Tofu and Chicken Stir Fry

In small bowl combine 3 tbsp butter with 4 tbsp soy sauce. Stir until well combine. Place mixture in hot pan over medium heat. Add ½ diced onion, 1 tsp garlic salt and ½ package of tofu cut into bite size pieces. Once tofu has cooked for 7 minutes add in frozen stir fry mix and  diced cooked chicken from the last nights meal. Add 1 tbsp more of soy sauce before removing from heat and serving. Serve with rice or egg noodles if desired

Sweet and Sour Pork  With Coconut Rice

Bring 1 can of coconut milk to simmer then add 2 cups of white rice. Remove from heat, over and let rice cook for 15 minutes or as stated on packaging. In small bowl drain pineapple, keeping juice . Place pineapple to the side . To juice add ½ cup water, ½ cup apple cider vinegar, ½ cup dark brown sugar, 1 tbsp ketchup, 1 tbsp soy sauce , 1 tsp black pepper . Set mixture aside. In large pan melt 3 tbsp butter. Place into butter  2 lbs of pork cut into cubes.  Add 1 tsp both salt and pepper and allow to cook for 3 minutes. Next add 1 diced red onion, 1 diced  yellow  bell pepper and 3 carrots diced and add pineapple. Stir 4 times then add sauce. Cover and cook for 10 minutes. Stir then cook until pork is completely done.

Spicy Mango Ginger Roasted Pork with Tomato Soup

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In small bowl combine 1 cup mango nectar, 1 diced mango, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 can diced green chilies ,1 tsp brown sugar, 3 tbsp ginger. Place in fridge until ready to use. Place 2 to 4 lb pork roast in large roasting pan. Coat pork with 2 tbsp garlic salt. Pour over mango ginger sauce, making sure the chilies and mangoes all stay on top of roast.  Cook roast for 60 to 80 minutes depending on size of roast.  In large soup pan and 1 can of crushed tomatoes, 1 can diced tomatoes, 1 diced onion, 1 can of diced carrots , 1 tsp minced garlic , 1 tsp black pepper, 1 bay leaf. Whip together cook for 10 minutes then add ½ cup heavy cream. Whip for 3 minutes and cook for another 7 minutes. Remove from stove.

Fried Salmon with Black Bean Soup

In small bowl combine 1 cup corn meal with 2 tbsp flour. Mix well then add 2 tbsp seasoning salt, 3 tbsp black pepper , 1 tbsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp brown sugar. Mix well then add 1 egg and ½ cup of milk. The mixture should be thick enough to coat salmon. Heat ½ cup veggie oil in large frying pan. Coat both sides of 6 pieces of  skinless  salmon in mixture and place into oil. Cook salmon for 5 minutes on both sides. While salmon cooks place 2 can of black beans , 1 diced onion, 1 cup of water, 1 veggie bouillon cube, 2 tbsp of black pepper and ½ cup diced celery into soup pan. Cook for 25 minutes stirring ever so often. Finish soup with 2 tbsp butter and 3 tbsp heavy cream. Drain cooked salmon on baking sheet lined with paper towels.

Creamy Artichoke and mushroom Pasta

Bring water to boil season with salt and 1 tbsp oil. Add pasta. While pasta cooks heat large skillet add 2 tbsp butter. Add 1 tsp minced garlic , 1 package frozen artichoke hearts that have been defrosted. Stir well then add 1 package of sliced mushrooms. Stir the add 1 diced onion , 2 tbsp black pepper. Cook until mushrooms reduce in size. Pour in ½ cup white wine. Stir 3 times then let set so that wine can reduced. In small bowl whisk 1 cup heavy cream with 2 tbsp flour, 1 tsp garlic salt. Whisk for 1 minute then add to skillet. Stir until sauce become thick the turn off heat. Drain pasta. Spoon sauce over pasta and enjoy.

Add pasta.  While pasta cooks heat large skillet with 3 tbsp butter, 1 diced onion , 3 chopped carrots , 1 tbsp minced garlic , 1 chopped green apple. Stir until all are evenly coated with butter . Add 2 cans of crushed tomatoes. Stir well then add 2 cups cooked chicken. Stir well then add 1 tsp red pepper flakes, 1 tsp black pepper , 1 tsp hot sauce .  Let sit for 5 minutes then add the zest of one orange  and 1 tbsp milk. Stir then pour in spaghetti. Top with cheese if desired.

Finger Licking BBQ Baked Chicken with Sweet Yams

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Take 4 to 6lb of boneless skinless chicken thighs ( or breast) and wash, pound each flat with cooking hammer. Place foil in baking pan and place chicken inside pan. In medium bowl combine ½ cup water, 2 cup hickory BBQ sauce, 1//4 cup ketup, 1 tbsp soy sauce and 2 tbsp red pepper flakes , mix well . Pour over chicken and place in oven. Cook for 30 minutes, remove and add ½ cup of water place back in over for another 45 minutes. Once chicken is completely cooked open and turn off  oven and pour in ¼ cup of water and close oven and live chicken inside until ready to serve . In sauce pan open 2 cans of sweet yams add to yams 2 tbsp butter and 1tsp cinnamon and 1tbsp sugar. Allow to cook for about 7 minutes

Tofu, Beef and Carrot Meat Loaf

Preheat over to 350 degrees. In large bowl combine 1 lb ground beef with 1 can of diced carrots, mix well. Dice tofu into bite size pieces. Add to meat mixture along with 2 tbsp parsley, 3tbsp garlic powder, 1tsp cumin, 1tsp Italian seasoning, 2tbsp seasoning salt,4tbsp BBQ sauce and 1/8 cup of water. Mix well. Now add ¼ cup Italian bread crumbs, mix with hands. And form into loaf. Place loaf on foil lined greased baking sheet. In sure that loaf is long and somewhat thin.  Cook meat loaf for at least 2 hours.

Beef,Noodles,and Green Beans Bake

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bring to boil water mixed with salt, add any short cut pasta. While pasta cooks brown meat along with ½ chopped onion, 1 minced garlic clove, 1 tsp seasoning salt and 1tsp red pepper, set meat aside. In large casserole dish mix in beef, noodles, 2 cans of greens beans, 1 can of mushroom soup,2tbsp black pepper. Top with bread crumbs if you want. Place in oven for 45 minutes.

Chicken and Mushroom Casserole

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bring water to boil and season with garlic salt add 1 ½ cup of rice. Allow rice to cook completely then drain and allow to cool.  Take 4 lbs of boneless skinless chicken thighs and cut into 1in slices add a little pepper to each piece . In skillet with 2 tbsp olive oil cook chicken piece.  In small bowl combine 1 can of cream of mushroom soup with cream of chicken soup, stir until mixed well then add 1tbsp dried basil, 1tsp chili powder, 1tbsp black pepper, 1tbsp garlic powder. Stir until well combine. Next add 2 cans of mushrooms and drained cooked rice. Stir nicely..then add cooked chicken. Place mixture in casserole dish and cook in oven for 45 minutes. Top with shredded white cheese at the last 10 minutes. Serve with salad and toasted bread for a complete meal.

Thai Peanut Steaks with Fresh Orange Salad

In skillet heat 3tbsp of veggie oil. While oil heats, in season steaks with garlic powder and black pepper on both sides. Place steaks in oven and cook to the way you like it. While steak cook, cut   1 large head lettuce and place in serving bowl, place  on top 2 can of oranges and 2 hand fulls of sliced almonds. In small bowl whisk together 5tbsp of peanut butter ½ cup of water, 2tbsp of red pepper flakes, 1tsp hot curry powder . Add more water if needed. Pour half of dressing over salad. After steaks have cooled place on serving place and pour rest of dressing over steaks top each steak with small amount of unsalted peanuts.

Garlic Butter Spiced Salmon with Fried Okra

Heat 3tbsp peanut oil in 2 large frying pans. While oil heats in small bowl combine 4tbsp soft butter with 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1tsp seasoning salt, 2tsp ground red pepper 1 tsp cumin. Coat 4 pieced of skinless salmon with butter mixture and place in oil. Cook on both sides until completely cooked. While each piece cooks cut ½ lb of fresh okra into ½ in slices. In small bowl combine 1 cup white corn meal, ½ cup while milk, 1 tbsp melted butter, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp black pepper and 2tsp chili powder. Mix well add more milk if needed for smoother coating. Place okra into bowl and coat with batter. Place each slice into frying pan of peanut oil and cook each side. Serve along side salmon and salad.

Potato Sausage pie

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Boil 1 lb of cut potatoes until very soft. While potatoes cook, remove 4 large pieces of sausage from casing and cook  over high heat in large soup pan with olive oil. Once sausage is cooked add 1 can crushed tomatoes and 2 tsp garlic powder, 1tsp seasoning salt. Add ½ can of diced carrots along with 1tbsp black pepper. Reduce heat to low and allow to cook for10 to 15 minutes. In large bowl mash cooked potatoes add 1 cup of milk and 3tbsp butter. Combine until very smooth add 2tsp black pepper and mix well. In casserole dish line with sausage mixture and top with mashed potatoes. Top potatoes with ½ cup shredded pepper jack cheese. Place in oven  and cook for 15 minutes or until cheese has melted.

Thyme Chicken with White lemon sauce

In frying pan heat 3tbsp peanut oil. While oil heats in large plastic bag add 1 cup flour, 1tbsp garlic salt, 1 tsp black pepper, 2tbsp dried thyme. Place 6 boneless skinless chicken breast that are wet into bag and shake to coat. Place chicken into oil and cook until completely done. While chicken cooked in small bowl fill with the juice of 4 large lemons next whisk in 3 tbsp of half and half. Set aside. Once chicken is cooked place ½ diced leek into cooking pan. Cook leeks until almost clear and with smooth texture add a pinch of salt for flavor.  Pour sauce over chicken and place chicken on plate topped with  cooked leeks along side left over potato sausage pie and green salad.

Asian Baked Salmon with Fried Rice

Boil ½ cup water and ½ cup tomato juice then  add 2 ½  cup white rice along with 1 tsp salt. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In small bowl combine 1 tbsp cumin , 2 tsp ginger and 3 tbsp salt. Whisk in the juice of 2 lemons and 3tbsp peanut oil. Set aside. Wash salmon and place in oiled pan. Pour liquid over salmon, season with red pepper flakes before placing in oven for 50 to 60 minutes. Once rice is completely cooked add 1 can of green chilies and 1 small can of diced tomatoes. Mix together and add 3tbsp peanut oil and 1 tbsp oyster sauce. Allow rice to fry nicely for 10 minutes. Add cubed pineapple if desired.

Crab Burgers with sweet onion Topping

In large bowl combine 3 cans of crab with 1 tsp minced garlic, 3 tbsp Italian bread crumbs, 1 tsp seasoning salt, 2 tbsp milk  and 1 egg. Use hands to mix if needed. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in large pan over high heat. Form crab into 1 inch burgers and pat flat before adding to oil. Coat each side for  7 minutes or until nicely browned. After burgers cook completely add 1 whole chopped onion, and 3 tbsp  olive oil with 1tsp oyster sauce and 1tsp sugar. Cook until onions are nice and clear. Top each burger with onions and serve right away with left oven fried rice.
